5-7 Rounds
10 Clean n Jerks

20 High Knees
*We need your help finding an object you can use at home. A backpack, duffle bag, box, are all good ideas! Find something you can use as load.
Option 2:
If you have your own equipment:
Barbell: You can clean n jerk or snatch
DB: A DB snatch alternating each rep would be a great sub.
KB: American KB Swings
*You may choose to run outdoors instead of performing high knees. 100-300m are good distances.
