If you have a jump rope, you can choose to do:

45 Single Unders or Double Unders


Option 3:

Find a weighted object you can carry over your shoulders and perform weighted step-ups

15 Dips

30 Weighted Step-ups with object (be creative)

45 Jumping Jacks

We need your help finding an object you can be supported doing dips and step-ups. A bench, a couch, a chair, a box will work!
