*For the lunges, find an object you can use to carry on your shoulder. A back, bag, box are great ideas!
If you have your own equipment:
Barbell: Sub the shoulder squats for Back Squats or Front Squats.
DB: You can use your DB similar to option 1 and perform shoulder squats
KB: You can choose to Goblet Squat.
