Welcome to today's workout of the day!


Option 1

We need your help finding an object that will allow you to safely perform shoulder squats. We also need your help using a wall that is safe and sturdy enough to perform wall walks!


For Time: 3-4 Rounds of

20 Right Shoulder Squats

2 Wall Walks

20 Left Shoulder Squats

2 Wall Walks



Option 2

If you would like to make things more challenging, try performing handstand push-ups. Based on your strength, pick the proper amount of reps that is best fit for you!

For Time: 3-4 Rounds

20 RT Shoulder Squats

3-5 Handstand Push-ups

20 Left Shoulder Squats

3-5 Handstand Push-ups
