*For the Thrusters and Bent Over Rows be creative at what you can find around the house.

Option 2: If you have equipment try doing barbell thrusters, single arm DB or KB thrusters

30 Thrusters with empty bar or 15 Right arm DB/KB Thrusters then 15 Left arm

30 Bent Over Rows with same weight

30 Crunches
