Cash in and Cash out Run
Then perform 2 Rounds of:
10 Bear Crawls
10 Shoulder Tap Push-ups
*For the Run, feel free to pick your distance. Run around the block, sprint 200-400m, jog around your backyard. If limited with distance, perform high knees in place, jumping jacks, something that will get your heart rate up.
*For the deadlifts, grab a bag, a backpack, a box, something that you can load and find a good weight to use.
